For Sale: 1999 Chevrolet Corvette in Ft Worth, Texas for sale in Fort Worth, TX

Vehicle Description This slick 1999 Chevrolet Corvette represents one of the biggest bangs for the buck anywhere.
Nicely maintained and completely stock under the hood, it's one of those super-clean survivor drivers that tend to stand out at car shows and on the highway.
It's got the right color combination (which happen to be pretty darn rare, too), choice options, and no scary stories thanks to a lifetime spent in Texas under the careful stewardship of two conscientious owners.
For well under $20 grand, you just can't go any cooler or faster.
Dressing your 'Vette in a high-impact color is never a bad choice, and the clean lines of the C5 seem to glow even more when buried under this awesome shade of Nassau Blue.
It's a color that was perfected on the Mid-Year Corvettes, and by dripping a modern version of that elegant shade on this '99 model we honor the road paved by the classic Sting Rays of old.
Only 587 Nassau Blue Corvettes were ever made in 1999, so the odds are pretty good that you'll be the only one wearing this blue dress at the party, so to speak.
This attention-grabber shows off the ministrations of dedicated owners that made sure it was always clean and waxed, and given the relatively low mileage (when you consider the age, the car's only averaged about 5k miles per year since new), it's fairly obvious that it wasn't used in the daily grind.
As a result, the usual high-wear areas are in good shape with only minor chips and scrapes, but nothing that you'll notice from even five feet away.
Sure, it's over 20 years old, so there are some signs of age (mostly swirl marks accrued from lovingly washing and waxing it every weekend), but like most Corvettes, this one has definitely led an easy life.
Other pleasant surprises include the tinted windows, which look awesome against the blue car, the optional Stinger on the sides of the bodywork, and the color-matched top - always a favorite option.
This car just looks right.
Black leather is a great complement to the Nassau Blue paint, and this C5 sports a perfect complement to the sculpted bucket seats - loads of options.
Standard buckets, which are actually a lot lighter and arguably more comfortable than the Sport seats (and rarer!) lead the way inside, and a quick glance of the laundry list of factory amenities itemized in our ad quickly tells you this Corvette was ordered with pretty much everything GM could fit into a car at the turn of the century.
The leather remains in nice condition with only minor signs of use in the high-traffic areas, and only very light cracking on the seats and bolsters.
Bright gauges with electro-luminescent dials look super-cool, and you'll note that little button on the center console for the traction control, just in case some burnouts are in your future.
Dual-zone A/C is an optimum feature, and it also carries power windows, locks, and seats, cruise control, and a Delco AM/FM/CD stereo system feeding Bose speakers that all make this Corvette as much a luxury cruiser as back road burner.
It also has great storage capacity with a remarkably big trunk, and even back there the carpets show very little wear.
The 5.
7L LS1 V8 engine needs no introduction, although it's somewhat disguised under the heavy plastic coil covers.
In the years since its introduction, these engines have proven to be incredibly reliable and durable, and there's a huge variety of aftermarket performance parts available for them.
Fortunately, this one has led an easy life and still carries its factory-spec components, suggesting that it hasn't been raced or abused.
But even in stock form, the LS1 is a formidable performer, even today, and the flexible power band makes it a joy to drive in traffic or on the open road.
Like most C5s, this one come standard with a 4-speed automatic transmission, so this 'Vette is easy to drive around town and the tall gearing makes it a superlative highway cruiser.
A custom H-pipe dual exhaust system sound wonderfully throaty and it's so clean underneath that you have to wonder if this car has ever seen inclement weather.
Stock C5 chrome 17-inch wheels are still a clean design that looks great, and they carry grippy performance tires that help stick the coupe to the road.
C5 Corvettes aren't just great cars, they're incredible bargains, too.
If you want one that's been gently used but will still stand out from the crowd, this is an awesome choice.
