DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own the review, dissemination, and education of BNSF's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Create and execute the strategy for the enterprise-wide leading EEO/AA best practices and initiatives to include harassment prevention and compliance training; ensure 100% compliance for companywide training serving 35,000 employees. Design and deliver EEO/AA training with proactive coverage and as needed or requested. Provide expert consulting and thought leadership to businesses and functional areas relating to affirmative action planning, implementation and evaluation. Facilitate the companywide accommodations process; create and manage the process, provide expertise in creating the new system for managing accommodations. Facilitate accommodations process; align recommendations and actions with the employment law team, medical team, human resources, labor relations and management. Lead the completion of EEO-1, AAPs, VETS 100. Work with outside vendor in coordinating AAP and preparing appropriate communications. Own the companywide compliance signage process; source the vendor resources, coordinate execution of companywide and location specific compliance signage; ensure legal compliance in reporting and workplace signage. Project Manager for OFCCP audits and other fact finding. Coach/advise leaders on employee relations issues raised in accommodations or EEO process. Investigating EEO / employee concerns raised through BNSF's hotline and internal complaint process. Manage vendor(s), budget, and internal client groups for compliance with BNSF's policies and strategic objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related field Minimum of 5 years of work experience in human resources as an HR Generalist Must be able to handle confidential matters discreetly Strong influencing and negotiation skills; ability to align stakeholders to resolution Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, including event and project planning In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices specifically to Affirmative Action Plans Familiarity of government reporting (EEO-1, AAPs, VETS 100) Resourceful, problem-solving abilities Experience working in and navigating HR software (SuccessFactors, SAP, etc) Proven ability to communicate with employees at all levels Ability to multitask and manage a wide range of duties and responsibilities Customer service skills- respond and support employees across a variety of topics Ability to create and execute strategies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree in business or human resources Working in an operations and/or union environment. Human Resource Certification (CP, SCP, PHR, SPHR) Mediation experience

Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
