ENTRY LEVEL HOURLY PAY RATE:
$23.11 - TOP RATE $25.22
JOB DUTIES:
Maintenance A Mechanic provides a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facility in optimum operating condition. The activities include scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency/break down repairs.
- Maintenance experience in corrugated a plus. Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatic, electrical and electronics technologies.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels
- Electrical/electronic skills preferred and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics.
- Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Engage in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.
- On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.
- Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to fully cross-train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
- Able to work with computer system for maintenance processes and work orders.

Qualifications:
- H.S. diploma or GED
- Must pass pre-employment maintenance tests
- 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
- Must have base tools (wrenches, screw drivers, Allen packs, standard and metric sockets) and small to medium tool box.
