Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a successful candidate, you will:

This position will allow the candidate to directly apply and develop his or her knowledge in mechanical design, stress analysis and hydraulic system design. The candidate will be exposed to modern design tools, including 3D solid modeling and complex calculation software. As time progresses, project duties and responsibilities will increase, facilitating registration of the candidate as a professional engineer.

You bring to the role:

  • A recent or soon to be graduate with up to 3 years experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Excellent analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors.
  • Available to travel, as needed, to help support a global business.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
