Temporary Full-Time Courseware Developer

FlightSafety International is seeking interested candidates for a Temporary Full-Time Courseware Developer position located near DFW Airport. This position is responsible for the development of creating interactive products and programs for training in a variety of different programs.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond the ordinary and is able to work autonomously, take initiative, and pay attention to detail.

Basic Functions:

  • Design/Create/sustain eLearning training modules and training presentations.
  • Create/sustain presentations to include basic animations, media integration and layout considerations.
  • Design/update publications for both print and electronic distribution.
  • Create/sustain 2D images.
  • Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Adhere to established specifications and product development standards, and coordinate standards with CWS.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participate in appropriate stages of the project management lifecycle.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required

  • High School Diploma or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate's degree from a two-year college or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional training design and development environment in the fields of media production or other areas directly related to courseware support and/or development, i.e. desktop publishing, media software, graphics development, etc.
  • Experience with project management preferred
  • Background in aviation or a safety oriented industry, preferred

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
