  • This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division.
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for multiple projects utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What you'll do

  • Ensures that regular visioning, road mapping and planning sessions provide the squad with a healthy backlog of work
  • Contributes to the velocity of the squad by delivering on the product backlog
  • Maintains a relentless focus on customer value through automation
  • Works to empower the squad and remove impediments that prevent the squad from bringing work to done
  • Focuses on continuous improvement for the squad and the organization
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings and participate in scrum of scrums to foster team collaboration and communication and to manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Contribute and engage with the Delivery Transformation program to scale, inform and implement enterprise goals.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
  • 3 years of experience driving outcomes using Agile methodologies.
  • 3 years of experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Agile methods and mindset as an approach to software development
  • 5 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
  • 5 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum
  • Airline Industry experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Certified ScrumMaster or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams while leveraging Agile methodologies, with strong focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams
  • Experience in a variety of computing platforms, such as mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media
  • Experience in Team Foundation/Server (TFS), Rally, Planview, VersionOne, or similar Agile life cycle management tools
  • Experience in DevOps toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Skills in leadership; team-focused with high energy and a positive attitude
  • Skills in analytics, estimating, and problem solving
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical methods to achieve objectives and goals
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
