  • This job is a member of the IOC Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • Responsible for ensuring all other time-keeping duties such as accuracy of payroll are in compliance with associated labor agreements and employee payroll guidance.

What you'll do

  • Creates and administers dispatcher, load planning, and analyst schedules
  • Oversees floating holidays/tracking/refunds
  • Administers PTR New Hire/Removals/RTW/Pay/Change of positions
  • Administers LOA/Administrator/Tracking for Weight and Balance, Dispatch Operations, FPS and CCRO
  • Ensures employee diversity policy is recognized and followed
  • Administers PPC process
  • Administers attendance control
  • Coordinates Family Leave
  • Maintains FileMaker Pro databases uses for manning, overtime tracking, and discrepancy reporting
  • Coordinates RIF and recall

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to be analytical
  • Ability to type 50 w.p.m.
  • Ability to be highly motivated
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and flexibility
  • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and /or US Customs security badges
  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
