- This job is a member of the IOC Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
- Responsible for ensuring all other time-keeping duties such as accuracy of payroll are in compliance with associated labor agreements and employee payroll guidance.
What you'll do
- Creates and administers dispatcher, load planning, and analyst schedules
- Oversees floating holidays/tracking/refunds
- Administers PTR New Hire/Removals/RTW/Pay/Change of positions
- Administers LOA/Administrator/Tracking for Weight and Balance, Dispatch Operations, FPS and CCRO
- Ensures employee diversity policy is recognized and followed
- Administers PPC process
- Administers attendance control
- Coordinates Family Leave
- Maintains FileMaker Pro databases uses for manning, overtime tracking, and discrepancy reporting
- Coordinates RIF and recall
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to be analytical
- Ability to type 50 w.p.m.
- Ability to be highly motivated
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and flexibility
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and /or US Customs security badges
- Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
