LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

To qualify for the GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Experience and logistics knowledge of US military aviation principles, processes, rules, regulations and operational objectives and the ability to apply maintenance policies and procedures of Naval Aviation Maintenance; 2) Working and communicating effectively with senior and industry officials as well as engineers, program managers, industry leaders, and fleet personnel; 3) Ability to perform Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and an understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis; 4) Gathering and analyzing a variety of program information, making sound judgments concerning program progress, and effectively communicating recommendations to higher organizational management; 5) Technical knowledge of aircraft, processes, maintenance concepts, logistics support and operational plans and their impact on logistics and fleet operation; 6) Working and leading effectively in a team environment, collaborating across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals; and 7) Serving as an expert in the full range of weapon system integrated logistics support for F-35 aircraft weapons systems, subsystems, and components. To qualify for the GS-12:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
