ASSISTANT PRESSPERSON (LEPE)

As an Assistant Pressperson (LEPE) you will:
Monitor and adjusts the Cutpak system. Operates the Cutpak system from the strap processing through the Cashpak palletizer, as necessary. Monitor the delivery piles and the sheet layers exiting the delivery. Maintains product flow through the knives and insures cutting accuracy. Monitor the Optical Camera Recognition (OCR) displays to ensure the correct product sequence, correct note cutting, correct serial number and label sequence. Scan sheets and straps in and out of the system as necessary. Monitor and adjusts the product flow of layers out of the delivery and onward through cutting and packaging. Changes cassettes for stars, mutts and quality straps. Monitors the bundle bander and change bander rolls. Maintain feeder operations and is responsible for maintaining the flow of sheets into the LEPE. Monitors and adjusts the feeder to maintain continuous operation, aerates loads and prepares (i.e., jogs) them to be placed into feeder. Perform other duties as assigned. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
