Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, you will:
- Perform analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of multifamily housing programs and or the efficiency of the management of Hub operations.- Conduct studies of work processes and procedures. Identify problems, review production standards, and make tentative recommendations for problem resolution.- Review reports and studies to ensure that inquiries from customers and higher level management are met according to established standards for timeliness, quality, and responsiveness. - Assist in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems. Experience:
For the GS-9, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Collecting and researching data for studies or evaluations of programs and operations; AND Coordinating activities that involve multiple managers, employees, or offices; AND Assisting in the review of reports to make sure they meet standards of timeliness and accuracy. OREducation:
You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows:
A Master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if relatedORCombination:
You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. Options for qualifying based on a combination will be identified in the online questions. To combine education and experience, the total percentage of experience at the required grade level compared to the requirement, as well as the percentage of completed education compared to the requirement must equal at least 100 percent. Only graduate level education in excess of the first 18 semester hours (27 quarter hours) may be combined to be considered for qualifying education. Time-in-Grade:

Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
