FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specializes experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Conducting fire safety training to groups; 2) Eliminating or reducing hazards where the expectancy and potential for severity is high; 3) Inspecting buildings for potential fire hazards (e.g. obstructed exits, presence of combustible materials, etc.); 4) Adapting fire protection/prevention techniques to correct conditions or hazardous situations; and 5) Responding to emergencies to conduct firefighting duties. Required Certificates:
Driver-Operator Pumper, Driver-Operator Aerial, Driver-Operator ARFF, Airport Rescue Firefighting, HAZMAT Technician, CPR, NREMT, Fire Officer I, Fire Inspector I, and Fire Instructor I. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
