The Site Environmental Manager (SEM) will be responsible for environmental compliance at the KAFW in Fort Worth, TX facility.
The SEM will develop standards and policies to support regulatory compliance and provide environmental compliance guidance for operations and construction teams.
The individual will complete environmental performance analysis, establish and monitor metrics, and guide the teams in implementation of Amazon environmental standards.
The SEM will work with internal and external partners that include government entities, contractors, consultants, construction, operations and other key stakeholders.
This is a hands-on position that includes interaction in the yard and on the floor of a busy fulfillment center conducting inspections and audits; taking samples; providing guidance to other employees; ensuring proper waste classification; and engaging with multiple departments and all levels of employees throughout the operation.
Responsibilities:
o Manage and oversee compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and Amazon policy.
o Develop strategic programs by integrating with engineering, construction, and operations.
Drive an environmentally responsible culture within the organization.
o Function as a leader regarding regulatory agency interactions, permit evaluation and processing, and new process and technology introductiono Ensure work performed by contractors, consultants, and employees is completed in accordance with Amazon standards.
o Develop environmental metrics to measure, monitor and forecast performanceo Conduct thorough and accurate environmental audits for continuous improvement.
o Prioritize and manage multiple technically complex assignments concurrently.
o Represent Amazon at appropriate levels with governmental agencies and throughout the company.
o Build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to ensure risks are identified early and managed appropriately.
o Submit time critical reports to various governmental agencieso Complete thorough and accurate environmental incident investigations and associated regulatory reports and develop appropriate corrective actions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
