BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR 1301:
Degree:
physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics. or Combination of education and experience -- education equivalent to one of the majors shown in A above that included at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate experience or additional education. In addition to meeting one of the Basic Requirements listed above, applicants must meet the following Minimum Qualifications Requirement in order to be considered:

Experience:
To qualify for this position, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the Federal GS -12 level or higher in the Federal service, or comparable experience. Specialized experience includes:
Utilizing GIS software and development tools in order to create extensions, interfaces, and applications to streamline and model GIS functions. Testing and evaluating GIS systems and subsystems to improve service and expand capacity. and Interpreting complex natural resource data, providing quality control and technical guidance to customers in order ensure technical excellence and effectiveness in GIS activities. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the 11/10/2020 of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined above. Time in grade:
Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level (GS-12 in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
