Accounting Services Staff
POSITION
Summary:
We need an intelligent, upbeat and tireless individual who can not only meet and exceed important deadlines, but will also exhibit a high degree of accuracy and quality in the tasks assigned while maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate must be professional, flexible, punctual and dependable in order to accommodate busy and detail-oriented executives and clients.
Responsibilities include:
Client Service
Accounts Receivables
Accounts payable
Payroll
General ledger and month-end preparation
Monthly write-up procedures
RequirementsSkills and
Qualifications:
2-5 years of bookkeeping experience
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred or minimum, equivalent related work experience
Proficiency in various accounting software packages including Quickbooks, and MS Excel and Word-REQUIRED
Public Accounting Experience Strongly Preferred
Must be organized, proactive and able to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace and meet critical deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills Ability to interact with clients
Professional Appearance
Must be dependable and reliable
