QA Engineer Sr
Job Description :
Technical Assistant (TA) opportunity reporting directly to the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Director. The successful candidate will possess the skills to identify opportunities, constructively navigate issues, and influence senior management on relevant topics. Ability to collect, analyze and report data for executive consumption. Ensures executive directions and initiatives are tracked, prioritized and executed upon. Coordinates studies and leads improvement initiatives within the Company. Deals with abstract issues and develops associated plans and strategies. Utilizes problem solving and intervention techniques to assist with resolving organizational issues.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills capable of working in a fast paced environment across all levels of management and customer organizations. Candidate will coordinate with Internal Management to produce desired end products.
Must be a US Citizen.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, at all levels of leadership and individual contributors.
Project Management experience.
Strong data collection, analysis and reporting.
Root Cause Analysis experience.
Engineering or other technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (STEM)
Desired skills
Experience identifying relevant stakeholders for collaboration.
High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration, communication, and presentations.
Green Belt or Black Belt, CQE or CMQOE certification.
Demonstrated quality science expertise in one or more of the following areas: Statistical analysis, statistical process control, sampling, six sigma, FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, Red X, process auditing or validation, root cause analysis and corrective action validations, and supplier quality management.
