Product Coordinator

The Product Coordinator assists the Product Manager and Product Buyer(s) with daily purchasing related support including, but not limited to, approved purchase order entry and/or purchase order acknowledgement processing; expediting past due deliveries from suppliers; and maintaining the TTI system to ensure accurate factory delivery dates are reflected. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One year of related work experience is required.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills with good quality
Possess strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Excel.
Strong teamwork orientation
Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
