Government Finance Analyst Senior
Job Description :
As a member of the IFG (Integrated Fighter Group) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, this individual will be responsible for the financial management of multiple contract portfolios including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals. A broad range of financial knowledge will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes including developing and maintaining Long Range Plan for all Financial and Base Related requirements. Develop, flow down, and track program financial goals / targets for assigned programs. Provide fiduciary oversight to insure that Company/Program Financial Objectives are achieved. Establish collaboration across business functions to achieve financial goals. Ensure contract close-out activity is accomplished. Prepare and provide status of Program's financial performance to Senior Program and Functional Leadership. Provide interface with the Customer for all Lockheed Martin business activities.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
Experience with financial analysis and developing metrics.
Experience with financial modeling, and supporting leadership decision making.
Experience with financial planning / forecasting.
Desired skills
6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Familiarity with LM Aeronautics business systems including SAP, CostView, Hyperion, and Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE)
Experience with Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash
Understanding of contract types and their billing requirements
Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments and prioritize to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a process improvement oriented mindset
