Marketing Champion
Overview
What You'll Do
The Marketing Champion is responsible for executing the grassroots marketing strategy and local marketing programs for our venues under the direction of the Marketing Manager. They are responsible for participating in local campaigns and outreach efforts that target our core audiences and have direct impact on new and repeat Guest visits to Topgolf.
Key Responsibilities
How You'll Do It
Assist in the coordination of venue marketing collateral, venue promo inventory, and brand standards adherence
Contribute and participate in the overall grassroots initative in the market through engaging potential guests with brand awareness, on-going campaigns, and other internal initatives
Coordinate,and execute internal campaigns and marketing events to brand standard
Exceed KPI goals set by the Senior Marketing Manager at all external activations
Support the venue in driving repeat visits, new visits, and increasing SPV through unique engagement while inside the venue
Manage the seasonal venue collateral schedule to ensure all campaign material is up to brand standard and in line with on-going marketing campaigns
Assist with other miscellaneous administrative tasks requested by the Senior Marketing Manager such as fulfilling donation requests, placing inventory orders as needed and assisting with in-venue communication
Key Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Preferred someone working on a 4-year college degree in marketing, communications or related (e.g. Journalism, English, Management, Advertising) or currently in the process of receiving their 4-year college degree in the above mentioned fields
Enthusiastic extrovert
Ability to talk with and interact with all types of guests
Service-oriented approach to people and be an adept problem solver
Critical thinking skills and an aptitude to anticipate needs
Strong communication skills really strong writing skills preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and office
Ability to laugh at themselves and learn from mistakes
A desire to get involved in Topgolf activities and always look for ways to make Topgolf a FUN place to work
Previous service industry experience preferred
Willing to work nights and weekends
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
