Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Associate
Job Description :
As a member of the F-35 Production Engineering (PE) Team, the individual will be responsible for supporting Earned Value (EV) Integration and Project Management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include: supporting EV requirements and analyzing metrics to identify actions required to improve performance tracking and reporting; assisting baseline schedules for Production Engineering projects and tracking performance against these plans; identifying and coordinating implementation of internal EV process improvement; pulling data from ADAR, ICAS, CAPP, SAP, PDM to track discrete projects; supporting CAMs with audit preparation; supporting Production Engineering BOE estimates for future bids.
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing and analyzing large amounts of cost and labor data.
Bachelor's Degree
Desired skills
Microsoft Office skills including Access and Project. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including use of pivot tables and macros.
Project Management experience and skills developing and managing a resource loaded schedule.
Corrective Action and Problem Solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Earned Value Management.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
