Associate Financial Analyst
The Associate Financial Analyst will be a member of the Material Earned Value Management team and will be responsible for providing contract performance and cost reporting to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) criteria for both U.S. Government and commercial contracts.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Applying appropriate project management and scheduling techniques to assigned projects, spreading and maintaining contract budgets, providing analysis, investigating variances, and developing EACs on assigned contracts.
Working closely with Program Controls, Procurement, Subcontract Evaluation, Pricing, Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Information Technology, and other functional organizations as required.
Use data mining techniques and applies knowledge of BHTI Procurement, Planning/MRP, Pricing, Accounting and Earned Value Management systems to enhance, extract and verify reporting information.
Assist Senior Material Analysts as required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
Position Requirements:
Entry level position. 0-2 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Team Player and self-starter capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Good oral & written communication, analytical & organizational skills. Computer literacy in Windows & Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel & Access) with the ability to quickly learn new software skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
