Scope of Role
Sealed Air's Diversey Care Division is a market leader in the cleaning and hygiene business with a focus on retail, commercial office, education, government, food service, hospitality, and healthcare.
Develop and Drive End User Account Plans:
Understand end users objectives, issues and opportunities. Identify best opportunities. Understand how to manage competitive situations. Develop account plans. Determine resources required. Determine how success/value will be measured. Identify potential barriers to plan and how to best manage.
Manage Key Relationships:
Determine key stakeholders within accounts. Build relationship with key stakeholders and determine their roles. Manage administrative activities. Drive, measure and communicate execution of account plans and value delivered.
Develop New Business and Communicate Results:
Drive execution and measurement of account plans. Drive implementation of corporate accounts. Deliver key initiatives. Train and develop DSRs through joint calls and training events. Document activities in OnDemand.
Demonstrate Product, Sector and Application Expertise:
Understand assigned market sectors. Understand and be able to demonstrate key products and applications. Communicate value of products and programs to end users.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow categories within existing accounts. Drive company initiatives, innovations and programs to promote Diversey. Communicate with MSA Sector SE's on activities and territory account events which may involve distribution.
Prioritize new accounts that offer high volume closes and determine strategy, tactics and resources necessary to gain the account
Support existing Key Accounts with field training sessions for supervisors and staff. Present industry updates and new technology to offer Diversey's Value Added Total Solutions approach.
Develop focused knowledge of all Diversey products, tools, AHP and TASKI equipment in order to discuss in confident manner with BSC accounts. Attend necessary trainings as required.
Track all activities and opportunities in On Demand.
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent

years of Jan San industry experience is a plus. Either employment as a manufacturing representative or as a distributor sales representative with a successful, proven track record qualifies as a candidate.

years of distribution and channel business; and support of corporate account business at the territory level is a must.
3
years of presenting products and programs to medium sized groups; and also being capable of conducting joint sales calls with DSR and corporate account representatives.
Valid Driver's License
Ability to travel 50%

Ability to build relationships and identify needs at multiple levels of the user organization
Ability to integrate the users needs with Diversey Care's offerings to determine the best solution for the end user
Business-to-business sales experience
Business and finance acumen to negotiate with larger customers, adjust to trends and deliver profitability improvements
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent presentation skills
Computer savvy with word, excel, and PowerPoint, CRM knowledgeable
Employee will need to be able to lift approximately 40 lbs. and operate required miscellaneous job equipment requirements
