The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for scheduling interviews to include coordinating with hiring manager and candidate to confirm availability, coordinating interview logistics to include travel, on site visit, telephone or virtual interview.
Requirements:
- HR / Recruiting Coordinator experience in a corporate and or search firm environment requiring confidentiality.
- Skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with web-based applicant tracking system (Taleo, Kenexa or other similar systems).
- Problem solving and presentation skills.
