Controller
Financial Additions is assisting a large commercial bank in Fort Worth looking for a Controller to join the team. This position is in office daily and has excellent benefits.
Controller responsibilities include:
- Maintains the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting to shareholder and internal leadership
- Oversees reconciliations of general ledger
- Managing the administration and evaluation of all finance activities
- Maintains financial reporting, controls and procedures
- Process improvement of the operations and financial position of the bank
Controller background should include:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance field
- CPA Required
- Commercial Banking experience Required
- Supervisory experience Required
- Expertise in GL management
- Must be tech savvy and adaptable to change
