We are currently hiring a Field Superintendent with experience in softscape and hardscape, this position will be for our Dallas/Fort Worth office and projects.
Landart America has a great reputation for completing projects on time and on budget.
We have completed many entries, parks, and amenity centers in newly developed communities.
We also provide irrigation, landscaping, and maintenance services to the production home market.

This position will be responsible for working with our softscape/hardscape team with all field construction functions relating to softscape/hardscape which include but not limited to:
Working closely with the softscape superintendent to complete projects in a timely manner Verify completion of punch items Irrigation quality assessments Managing and Scheduling field crews and subcontractors on jobsites Scheduling Material deliveries Scheduling inspections Approving material and subcontractor invoices Approve payroll hours for field crews Assist with submittals Ensure quality of work in the field Meet with clients Ensure safety practice in the field Manage equipment in field (owned or rented) Assist with monthly invoicing to clients Monthly budget updates Skills required:
Team player Comprehensive knowledge of commercial landscape and irrigation plans Broad knowledge of industry standards for commercial landscaping and irrigation Basic knowledge of construction equipment- skid steer, mini excavator and other heavy equipment
Experience:
Commercial landscape/hardscape experience Education/Licenses:
High School (required) Irrigation License/Tech License (preferred) Bi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred) Benefits include:
