That's why the Distribution Center Area Loss Prevention Manager is so important at Harbor Freight.
Here you'll be responsible for driving and executing core loss prevention strategies, physical security, and supporting key safety initiatives at your site.

De-escalate and resolve incidents of violence and/or violation of company policyBecome a subject matter expert on operational processes and systems with a strong understanding of their workings and impact on the businessImplement, monitor, and maintain asset protection CTPAT regulatory requirements including required audits and reporting.
Champion a collaborative environment and develop strong and supportive relationships with stores, peers, field, corporate and external partnersDrive personal development by seeking learning & development opportunities within and outside of the organizationOther duties as assignedStaff supervision and development -- NoTravel -Requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Requires standing and moving for an entire shift.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,800 - $122,800 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term, long-term disability and car allowance.
Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan.
Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
