Established in 1936, Colonial is an iconic part of Fort Worth history and culture.
Additionally, the Club has been selected by the Club Leaders Forum as a Platinum Club of America.
Currently, Colonial is looking for a Tennis Pro Shop Attendant who will organize tennis activities, supervise pro shop staff and implement/maintain our Signature Service Standards.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answers shop phones and addresses member/guest concerns Management of the day-to-day tennis pro shop activities including inventory and sales Performs daily accounting closeout Collects fees and charges for all tennis-related activities Books courts reservations Coordinates and promotes member events, tournaments and team play Works with Communications Coordinator on timely communication with members Works with Director of Tennis to maintain and promote a calendar of tennis activities to engage members Recruit, train and supervise pro shop employees Administers and enforces tennis policies and procedures Create and regularly update Tennis Operations Policies and Procedures Manual Inspects and maintains all physical areas Conducts monthly safety inspections A successful candidate will have previous Tennis, merchandizing and/or retail skills as well as strong administrative and customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel required.
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills a MUST.
Jonas Management System as well as private club experience are a PLUS.
