9K a year 11 hours ago 11 hours ago 11 hours ago This position is responsible for providing communication and coordination of customer services that ensure Legendary Customer Service outcomes for our customers.
This includes frequent communication of service status updates for each customer, as well as research, fact-finding, resolution, and follow-up of customer questions, concerns, and suggestions about the service experience.
This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and staff as a team.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required.
GED or High School diploma required.
Must be proficient with computers.
(Excel, Word, Outlook) Must be able to work the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
Must be a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to communicate well with customers on technical and maintenance issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
Technical knowledge of heavy equipment components and familiarity with the operation of most Caterpillar machines required.
Experience with DBS is helpful.
Must have a valid driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
