This position needs someone eager for the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision.
Our ideal applicant will take pride in completing tasks not only correctly, but with a high degree of polish and quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication.
This person must be able to focus on important goals and for an extended time without distraction, but also possess the ability to change gears or reprioritize quickly.
We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the importance of an administrative role and would like to grow his/her own skills to develop into a supportive leader within our excellent team.
Successfully owning this role will lead to added responsibility over time, such as hiring, training, and leading additional team members while ensuring all administrative tasks continue to be completed to high standards and with maximum efficiency.
The requirements for this position:
Must be able to work full-time Customer service, communication, and follow-up skills Highly organized and efficient Demonstrate team capabilities, self-motivated and able to work independently Demonstrate excellent cross-functional working relationships Must have strong Microsoft Office, phone and general computer skills Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment Experience in QuickBooks is a huge plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
