We are looking to hire an outgoing Front Desk Member Service Representative, whom will be responsible for assisting our members (customers) and potential members with their financial/banking needs; explain deposit, investment, lending, and digital platform services to ensure members are fully educated.
Open new consumer and small business accounts and assist members in person, through digital platforms, and over the phone.
Follow FWCCU's five service standards to ensure our members receive exceptional service and sound advice.
Identify opportunities that will improve our members' financial wellbeing and communicate those strategies effectively.
