We are seeking a cashier / customer service associate for our Fort Worth, TX ReStore location.

General Description:
Under the direction of the ReStore Manager, the ReStore Associate / Cashier is an agency Problem Solver.
Broadly speaking he or she has responsibility for ringing-up customers in a timely and accurate manner, while providing friendly and courteous service to ReStore customers.
Additionally, he/she works with donors to schedule donation pick-ups according to location and size of donation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities He or she must:
Accurately operate a cash register Schedule donation pick-ups Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls accordingly Assist customers with their purchases Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donorsJob Conditions Position is full-time (40 hours a week).
Evening and weekend work is required.
It is a non-exempt position.

Answer phone and direct incoming calls as needed 3.
Maintain the donation pick-up schedule within the Vonigo system, making sure to capture all relevant information.

Work with donors to ensure that incoming donations are acceptable for the ReStore 5.
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donors 6.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
