Creates file for home detention and other clients and maintains permanent file throughout client's time with VOA-TX.
Performs home site and/or job site verification checks, as required full-time Prepares weekly records of extra duty hours worked by clients and makes records available to Case Managers.
Assists in conducting the Job Readiness class, which supports clients in obtaining and maintaining full-time, permanent employment.
Assists with all clerical duties required by Vocational & Home Detention Departments.
Requires regular attendance and punctuality during the scheduled shift to perform the above essential functions.
Performs other duties and special assignments as directed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent.
Clerical experience in the human services or corrections field preferred Valid Texas Driver's License, clear MVR, and ability to be insured.
