We custom-print thousands of T-shirts on the daily for companies like Printify, Etsy and Shopify.
We're looking for a highly self-sufficient individual to take the reins of our customer service experience.
You'll spend lots of time on the phone, manage email and chat inquiries, and assist customers with product and order status questions--often all within the same hour.
You'll also be a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional mistake.
We'll give you the training and tools to not only perform, but excel in our fast-paced, multitasking environment.
We're a team that cares about doing the job well and having some fun while we do it.
Being the face of Underground Threads for non-automated orders Organizing and executing customer projects Using Photoshop to assist with checking that customer artwork requirements are met Helping customers with their questions regarding stock and DTG/DTF processes Answering and responding to telephone and email inquiries Handling and gathering project details Data entry to company software systems Giving quotes for projects Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior experience in customer service Knowledge of the T-shirt printing world Full-time availability -- 40ish hours a week Working well with others Communicating clearly and effectively--both in writing and verbally Ability to effectively provide solutions and resolve customer complaints Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize a busy workload Confidence with business phone calls Ability to handle a busy workload with a kind, considerate attitude Great problem-solving aptitude Attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software Strong understanding of Photoshop Willingness to learn new skills and take feedback Team-first attitude Self-sufficiency Knowledge of MacOS systems You can tell a Bella Canvas from a Gildan with your eyes closed.
