Administrative functions may include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, distributing mail, filing, and performing other duties to support the manager and department as needed.
Utilizes Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform tasks.
Essential Functions Maintains calendars and schedules appointments.
Coordinates and schedules meetings and prepares meeting agendas.
Directs incoming calls, welcomes visitors, and answers routine questions.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
Organizes and maintains office files (electronic and hardcopy) and records in accordance with internal retention policy and procedures.
May perform data input and prepare forms in support of the manager or department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications High School/GED or equivalent 2 Years related administrative experience Requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Planning, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
