Responsibilities include:
Respond to customer inquiries Escalate inquiries and requests Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests Grow existing customer accounts and open new customer accounts Provide exceptional customer service and utilize your effective sales techniques Experience preferred, but not required.
