If you have strong knowledge of Human Resource strategies, and are results-driven, people-focused, and excited to mentor and develop others, this may be the role for you! This role is an in-office role located in Fort Worth, Texas (76116).
In this role, you would be responsible for providing direction, support and communications that drive organizational effectiveness in furtherance of Company objectives, paying special attention to people centered functions.
You will provide strategic support to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the strategy, goals, function, and performance of the Business Liaison department within the organization.
Act as liaison/first point of contact between Wellington and other applicable organizations within Truist Insurance Holdings, LLC (Truist) to complete special projects, communicate and resolve teammate issues, facilitate company communications, and ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
Provide guidance to company management; participate in coaching, discipline and termination of employees alongside Truist; advance Wellington's initiatives in regard to culture, development, recruitment and staffing, and performance management.
Identify ongoing process and procedure improvements in order to champion updates/changes of same; monitor and ensure consistent compliance and application with respect to company policies.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the Business Liaison Catastrophe Response Plan, Wellington Business Continuity Plan, and Wellington Emergency Response Plan.
Foster professional development throughout the Business Liaison organization and Wellington as a whole; responsible for the performance management of direct reports.
Manage monthly spend of the Business Liaison department.
Ensure all actions taken are consistent with Company guidelines, insurance industry regulations, and best practices; ensure consistent application of same across the Wellington organization.
Partner with Information Technology and the Business Units to assist in managing teammate, vendor, and auditor access in multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of relevant, applicable experience.
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
or B.
S.
) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
