As a Member Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued members and ensuring their needs are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting members with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
You will handle a variety of transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while adhering to our policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will actively promote our products and services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and assist members in achieving their financial goals.
Responsibilities Assist members with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution Handle a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Promote our products and services to members and identify cross-selling opportunities Educate members on our online and mobile banking platforms Process requests for new accounts, loan applications, and other financial services Update member information and maintain accurate records Follow up with members to ensure their needs have been met and their questions have been answered Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with banking products and services.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
