Responsibilities:
How will you make an impact? Responsibilities Plans, coordinates and controls all operations activities to achieve a safe, efficient, and on time operations with effective utilization of aircraft, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
Gathers and disseminates pertinent information to all operating departments, vendors and down line stations.
Makes decisions concerning weight and balance planning, departure holds, equipment changes, gate parking, passenger/cargo handling, fueling, connections and other matters related to routine and delayed operations.
Responsible for monitoring local weather conditions and suspending operations when required for safety of personnel and equipment.
Coordinates station activity with SOC/MOC on any operational issues and challenges including aircraft emergencies.
Works with multiple outside agencies at all levels including FAA, TSA, CBP, etc.
Supporting efforts to foster open communication with all business partners and air carriers.
Reviews and analyzes reports, records, and directives.
Assigns or delegates responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminates policy to subordinates.
Schedules sufficient staffing per local budget, maintaining operational and vacation shift bids and assisting department managers with administrative projects as required.
Maintain oversight of all work groups.
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for? Requirements Minimum age:
18 High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Must have excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working under tight deadlines Extensive operational knowledge within an airport environment Profiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Knowledge of Sabre using DECs and RES commands Work independently or in a team environment Problem solving abilities; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gathers/analyses station operational performance data for reporting purposes Working knowledge of company policies, procedures and collective bargaining agreements Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Possess the legal right to work in the United States College degree or equivalent airline experience preferred Working experience with Ramp/Tower or passenger service preferred Customer Service management experience preferred Previous work within a Hub or large airport location preferred Cargo and Aircraft Maintenance knowledge preferred Tattoos, body piercings and/or tongue rings may not be visible while in company issued uniform at any time; tattoos cannot be covered with adhesive bandages or by other methods to render them not visible Please note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
