Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an efficient inventory tracking system to optimize control procedures.
Ensure timely processing of returns and accurate repositioning of inventory on shelves.
Document daily shipments and deliveries to facilitate inventory replenishment.
Work both indoors and outdoors, managing loading and unloading activities in varying temperatures.
Coach, train, and mentor team members in warehouse operations, including forklift driving and technical knowledge of warehouse systems and equipment.
Maintain clear and professional communication, verbally and in writing, with both the sales and construction teams.
Generate detailed reports on inventory adjustments, operations, and stock levels, facilitating movement, gathering, delivery, or shipping when required.
Ability to lift 50lbs and multitask efficiently.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including occasional late hours as needed.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and safety for employees and customers.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Prior experience equivalent to an Inventory or Warehouse Manager.
Proficiency in data entry, Excel, and a knack for fast learning.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive and capable of effective leadership.
Professionalism and a collaborative team-player attitude.
Pool equipment knowledge and related parts (preferred) Job Type:
