As an Associate Director of Billing, you will oversee the financial aspects of our healthcare services by leading and strategizing the overall financial processes.
This position involves managing our billing team, developing RCM policies, implementing best practices, and working closely with the executive team to reach financial goals.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and report key billing performance indicators, pinpoint areas for process enhancement to optimize the revenue cycle.
Lead and guide a billing team across multiple states, cultivating a positive result-driven team atmosphere.
Ensure timely and accurate claims submissions, effectively manage denials, and oversee payment posting activities.
Coordinate resolutions related to patient billing and claims processing, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes, improve policies and procedures, and drive financial performance.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and promote integrity in all collections-related processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a billing-related setting.
Professional billing experience, preferably in the mental health field.
Preferred but not required knowledge of Microsoft Office, Waystar, and eClinicalWorks.
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams through employee selection, training, performance management, and engagement.
Strong understanding of billing processes, including charge capture, payment posting, denial management, and patient collections.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to achieve financial goals.
