Customer Relations Receptionist

As a Customer Relations Receptionist at Colonial, you will be responsible for greeting customers, visitors, and vendors and assist with special administrative projects and overflow work from Customer Relations.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet customers, visitors and vendors Assist customers with account inquires Assist customers making account payments Answer and route incoming overflow calls Performs all general clerical duties including filing, copying, proofreading, editing, etc.
Set up conference rooms and coordinate meetings Assist in maintaining calendars, filing preparation or correspondence Utilize judgment and be able to set priorities, organize appointments/meetings Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports Provide additional support to Customer Relations staff as needed Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements:

years' administrative support experience Customer service experience a plus Mortgage servicing experience a plus Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent organization, follow-through and customer service skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with other team members Demonstrates flexibility Manages multiple priorities Participate in department meetings Professional attitude and demeanor Excellent attention to detail Ability to learn new skills and the desire for upward mobility and professional growth This position offers a full range of benefits including Health, Dental, and 401k.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
