Work with Product Specialist to better serve customers.
Oversee email inbox and respond to basic sales questions.
Assist in maintaining customer data.
Demonstrate job stability.
Possess solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills.
Show strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills.
Be confident, competitive, and comfortable over the phone.
