Job Description:
The contractor is expected to support the AAL Tech Pubs department with ad hoc projects, which can be highly complex with short-turn times, and to support the consolidation of multiple Airbus manuals into one set of manuals.
Additionally, they will track and report on all the Tech Pubs departmental tasks, roadblocks, and deadlines for onboarding of a new Airbus subfleet.
Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience 3 years of Project Management Experience specially with Microsoft Project 3 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience, specifically PowerPoint and Excel 2 years of airline or aviation experience Surrounding team/key projects Tracking of multiple and complex projects goals and deadlines Coordinating with multiple departments to develop action plans, identify roadblocks and report progress Provide technical support to the Tech Pubs department on ad hoc projects such as assembling PowerPoint decks or Excel spreadsheets Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Aviation Ms Project Microsoft Office Project Management Technical Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
