eComm Expedite Coordinator How You Will Make a Difference What you will do:
The ultimate responsibility of this position is to assist the Production Planner with the timely processing and completion of all orders.
This position will be responsible for providing effective support to all other facility personnel by monitoring all order progress, monitoring order status distribution throughout the production areas, and release orders to production team.
Other responsibilities include slotting and un-slotting SKU's and requesting stock moves as required.
How you will do it:
Ensure all orders are monitored and expedited appropriately.
You will investigate order/stock issues to promote to inducible status, generate reports to show progress and end of shift performance, and you will monitor the help desk supporting customer service requests and coordinating order status information to and from Shipping.
Production floor expediting/investigation includes hand pick, pack and deliver cartons to shipping, as well as searching production areas and shipping dock for missing totes/cartons What success looks like:
Success will be achieved by resolving a variety of complex order issues daily to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

Experience:
1-3 years Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
A good attitude and having a good attendance record are mandatory for this position.
This person must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs and must be able to work independently and as a team player.
What we will teach you:
We are prepared to train on our systems and processes, as well as company policies.

Physical Demands:
