Summary:
The HRIS Analyst provides support for the maintenance and configuration of the various human resources management systems.
This position serves as a point of contact for assigned applications and customer groups and assists subject matter experts with system configuration, testing, process improvement, report writing, and data integrity.
The HRIS Analyst also provides application support to the human resources team and acts as a liaison to the Information Technology department.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Provides subject matter expertise for all core HR and HR-related modules by providing consultative and functional assistance to end users.
Provides technical-functional support of HR applications, including problem resolution, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions.
Prioritizes and resolves HR system and process issues.
Maintains HRIS systems including configuration and design, maintenance, testing, and, other related functions.
Performs HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects, in partnership with IT.
Coordinates with HR teams and end users to perform testing as needed.
Participates in any new HRIS-related implementation work.
Performs regular assessments on systems functionality and offers recommendations that will provide continuous improvement & process harmonization on processes within and outside of the HRIS systems.
Documents, tests, and implements these process improvements within HR systems.
Serves as the liaison with the Information Technology department on solutions requiring technical resources as well as support project management teams to document current processes and define requirements for new initiatives.
Designs and maintains system processes and user documentation for HR systems.
Creates, maintains and supports reporting requests for HR data using appropriate reporting tools.
Collaborates with other teams to publish reports to various levels of the organization and develop system notifications to improve workflow.
Ensures that reporting support is within a consultative manner.
Creates HR analytics and reporting with metrics that support HR and workforce business objectives.
Develops HR-related metrics and analytics (e.
g.
benchmarking analysis, HRIS report generation, evaluations, audits, data interpretations, statistical analysis, etc.
) for Executive and Manager Dashboard reporting.
Regularly audits HR data to evaluate for data quality issues and formulates strategies to increase data integrity.
Maintains awareness of current trends related to assigned application processes and incorporates knowledge into system recommendations.
Perform other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
3 years of experience in HRIS, Human Resources, or Application support.
OR High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
7 plus years of experience in HRIS technology and application support.
Preferred
Qualifications:
BI Reporting experience, with an emphasis in PowerBI preferred.
HRIS Systems Configuration experience.
HRIS Implementation and release experience.
Full Project lifecycle management experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
