The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst will assist with the delivery of multiple business automation initiatives.
This role will translate strategy into action plans and identify opportunities for automation.
The Robotic Process Automation Analyst will work to grow the business automation capability by executing action plans to implement automation initiatives.
In this role, the analyst will mentor and support less senior team members.

Promote and support the benefits of automation, while effectively communicating the progress of automation capability to stakeholders
Educate stakeholders on the importance of well-documented business processes as part of automation solutioning, and guide them through the implementation process
Define the process requirements for automation, clarify the inputs and expected outputs and create the necessary automation documentation
Work closely with the technology solutions team to ensure requirements are accurately documented and suitable for automation development and deployment
Identify issues and summarize viable recommendations for the improvement of business processes, operational efficiencies, and internal controlsWhat makes you a dream candidate?
Advanced knowledge of automation assessment, lifecycle methodologies and documentation best practices
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification preferred
Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or O365 preferred
Advanced knowledge of GM Financial or another auto finance company core business functions, policies, and procedures a plus
Experience with various automation and productivity tools
Skilled in the use of technology/software projects and deployment methodologies
Ability to develop effective presentations utilizing Microsoft Office to create effective and efficient deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
Committed to continuous improvement and growth mindset:
proactively builds relationships with business partners; using good research, judgement, and integrity when solving problems or making recommendations
Experience:

4 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or similar role required
Proven track record of solving difficult problems in an enterprise environment required
2 years working on automation or other technology initiatives as a business analyst or other applicable role preferred
Experience working with both the business and IT to deliver business value preferred
High School Diploma required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience requiredWhat We Offer:
