Director of MIS Primary Purpose To provide technical assistance and support for ESC digital resources products and services for campuses, districts, and charter schools that will ensure improved student academic achievement.

Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Special Knowledge/Skills:
Team oriented attitude and desire to work collaboratively with ESC staff campus/district/charter school personnel.
Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Above average technology competency levels.
Experience in creating correspondence, reports, brochures, graphics, and spreadsheets.
Ability to create and maintain digital resources web pages utilizing the BlackBoard content management system.
Experience:
5 years' experience using instructional technology, media, and digital resources.
5 years minimum of experience in managing data, software, and providing technical assistance, professional development, and support for digital resources.

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in and/or provide leadership for inter-departmental teams to help improve student performance in the region, to improve the ESC's internal operations, and to meet the established goals and objectives of the ESC.
Respond as first point of contact to all stakeholders in the education community.
Model effective uses of technology in personal productivity.
Provide technical assistance to campuses/districts/charter schools as needed.
Participate in designated local, state, and national professional development activities and share information with ESC staff and appropriate regional personnel.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities Assist in managing, supporting, and promoting digital resources the ESC provides internally, to school districts, and to other ESCs across the state.
Assist with training, technical assistance, and support of digital resources within the ESC, with outside vendors, with school districts, and with other ESCs across the state.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
