Job Description:
Safety/Housekeeping - Keep shop and production areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditionsFollow all safety regulations, and promote positive safety behaviorsFacilitate safety training for contractorsMonitor contractor safety practicesPlanning - Coordinate equipment availability with production to ensure engineering activities have minimized impact to productionPlan and execute engineering project work with minimal supervisionPartner with production to identify windows for corrective/preventive action implementation and project workEffective communication of equipment operational statusAble to estimate time required for engineering activitiesAbility to be flexible in work assignments (i.
e.
, tasks, hours, shift, days of week)Technical - Equipment / process control system troubleshooting and documentation of corrections and change control activitiesProvide engineering and technical support for projects.
Provide technical support for safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and inspection systems.
Manage small capital projects.
Manage the budget for small capital projects and proactively identify opportunities to reduce the overall project cost.
Design and implement modifications to the existing manufacturing equipment that will improve the operational efficienciesDesign, install, and validate the automated control system for new or upgraded utilities systems, compounding processes, and filling and packaging equipment.
Compose Functional Requirement Specifications, FRSs, for new or upgraded utilities systems, compounding processes, and filling and packaging equipment.
Generate and execute Installation and Operational Qualifications, IOQs, and Performance Qualifications, PQs.
Generate and revise standard operating procedures.
Assist with Manufacturing Non-Conformance investigations and apply good engineering practices to reduce the risk of repeat Non-Conformances.
Interfaces - Coordinate/support other departments to ensure smooth execution of work.
Provide technical advice to other manufacturing departmentsTransfer lower-level maintenance and equipment knowledge to production operatorsCapability to interface with the Quality department concerning project work and change control documentationMinimum:
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks and assignmentsManage a dynamic workload based upon plant prioritiesWork varying schedules to ensure project completion / support production (i.
e.

Proficiency in a variety of automation software applications.
Software applications include but are not limited to the Allen-Bradley RSLogix portfolio, Allen-Bradley RS View, Client Proficy SCADA/HMI iFix, and Cognex In-Sight ExplorerThe ability to manage small to mid-level automation projects and apply good project management techniques while serving on a project team.
The ability to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking while exploring the use of the latest technologies to improve manufacturing's operational efficiencies.
Familiar with current Good Manufacturing Practices, cGMP, and FDA regulations applicable to the change control for manufacturing equipment.
Desired:
Detailed knowledge of discrete machine control; Power Flex Drives, AB Integrated Motion (Kinetics), AB Safety PLCs, Gearboxes, Safety Circuits, Pneumatics, NEC codes, basic electrical wiring, etc.
Detailed knowledge of process control; S88 programing architecture, AB phase manager, Client Prophecy iBatchExperience with SFC, Ladder, FBD, and structured text programing languagesBackground in Computer Integrated Manufacturing data collection (DDE, OPC, Transaction Mangers)Familiarity with Oracle, SQLServer relational databasesExperience using OSI Pi Data Historian Education:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
