People Operations mission is to develop Center of Excellence level services and career opportunities for Tactical Air's employees.

This position will be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Generalist position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will provide support in recruitment, new hire processes/onboarding, and day-to-day Human Resources functions within the assigned operational location.
This position will partner with the HR team to determine and address general HR needs, increase employee engagement, and to develop and retain talent.
The Human Resources Generalist's responsibilities are varied and complex and require a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, independent judgement, and initiative.
The successful performance of this position will require candidate to meet and support the business goals and mission of the company.
The key desirable and preferred requirements for this position include:
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification advantageous.
Strong understanding of federal/state employment laws and applicable regulations.
Knowledgeable in HR competencies, functions, and best practices.
Exceptional HR administration and people management skills.
Strong research, analytical, conflict management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust and rapport with employees and provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to perform job with independence but in collaboration with entire HR team.
Exceptional attention to detail is a must! Must be task/process oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects.
Ability to manage multiple roles and projects and to see the big picture.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and be adaptable.
Ability to cross-train into other specialties.
Ability to read, listen to, and understand information and ideas verbally and in writing.
Creativity, positivity, and confidence.
Occasional travel to various work sites throughout the U.

may be required and ability to support detachments as assigned.

government security clearance.
