HR Data Analyst

As a HR Data Analyst at Bell, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs to provide analytics, metrics, dashboard, reports and automation to support the HR team in making better people decisions.
You will be required to have at least 6
years of working experience as a business analyst or programmer, with advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, and familiarity with a variety of databases.
You should also have experience with dashboarding using Power BI, QlikView or Tableau, programming proficiency in Python, and experience with SharePoint development.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining insightful data visualizations for decision making, analyzing and validating data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information, and manipulating retrieved data to ensure reports are presented in a user-friendly format.
You will also be responsible for establishing internal audit processes to ensure data integrity, managing security to provide access to HR data in conformity with global privacy regulations, and developing written HRIS policies and procedures.
To excel in this role, you should have good presentation, communication, and documentation skills, and the ability to uncover key insights and effectively communicate analytical results.
You should be able to work with internal and external business partners/leaders to understand their business/use case and help design functional, insightful visualization deliverables.
Hone the stakeholder's experience by employing design and visual best practices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
