Summary:
Under supervision of the Director of International Services, assists in the day to day operations of the International Services Program as the Business Development lead for the specified territory/geography region.
Serves as liaison between physicians, patients, their families, Health Ministries, Global Insurance groups, and Medical Center Departments by coordinating all referrals with the International Patient Services team.
Works with the International Patient Services team to assist International patients, their families with all pre-arrival arrangements and needs.
Acts as the main contact to the Ministries of Health, Embassies, Consulates and all International Insurance companies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
Three to five years demonstrated experience in health care management or development, international medicine or medical tourism sales experience, business development, strategic planning, or related areas.
Previous experience in the areas of concierge program development, physician relations and business plan development, and payor contracts and relations preferred.
Verbal and written fluency in said territory/region and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills.
Sensitivity to and awareness of cultural differences.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
